"Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?" Matthew 6:26

We plan, we save and we fear. With the costs of food, electricity, taxes, etc. on the continual rise, how will we get by? Will our jobs be secure? Will we have enough for retirement? Will Social Security be there for us, and will it be enough? What if?

So why are we so often anxious and worried? Since God takes care of the smallest of creatures, will He not take care of us???

God's endless love surrounds us, but we may take it for granted. He bestows on us all the things we need, "everything"!! He surrounds us with His love and watches over us. Through His Word, He nourishes our spirit, our soul and strengthens us be His grace.

We know that even in moments of instability in our work or home life, GOD WILL PROVIDE. Resting in His care, we gain the richest of His blessings - peace and comfort.

Celebration Sunday November 22nd will go to the Second Harvest for their Christmas distribution.
